What to expect

We aim to reply within a few business days. For technical issues, please include the following details — they make it much easier to reproduce a problem:

Your browser and version (e.g. Chrome 124, Safari 17)
Operating system (e.g. macOS 14, Windows 11, iOS 17)
Whether you were on Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or mobile data
What the speed test showed versus what you expected
Anything in the browser console (right-click → Inspect → Console)

General questions

For general questions about how the speed test works, see the About page or the articles — most "why is my result low / high / different from another tool" questions are answered there. If you still have a question, the email above is the place to send it.
